It was and still is continuing to connect our customers with the TV service over the Internet.
It gives our customers uninterrupted access to all international productions and all TV packages around the world, but with all the features in our subscriptions, the feature of the possibility of refund always remains in place, as it is, in any case, a right of customers.
Our return policy lasts for 30 days from the moment of purchase, provided that the refund is in proportion to the period used over the total subscription period.
For example, in the case of a three-month subscription, there will be a 70% refund on the total subscription value, which is 14 euros out of 20 euros, the original price for a three-month subscription.
When a refund request is placed by our customers, we communicate with the customer to find out the problem that caused the refund, we propose a solution, and the technician intervenes to connect the customer’s device to our servers in the event that he is unable to do it alone.
As it is known that some applications need activation through the electronic platform via the client’s MAC address
In some cases, the refund is complete if the customer does not use the IPTV account in the first two days of subscription
After we carry out the recovery process, we notify the customer and include a screenshot of the recovery process for the amount recovered, after which the customer can verify his account and confirm the amount recovered.
