who are we

We are the www.iptvsmartersprov.com team, specialize in selling and distributing IPTV services and provide TV viewing solutions. Our services can be used on any smart device connected to the Internet.

What data we collect and why we collect it ?

Regarding the operation of IPTV services for users, we need to send the IPTV account identifiers to the customers. These identifiers are represented by the Playlist Line m3u and Xtream codes related to the IPTV Account.

In order for sending the IDs to be effective, we require the WhatsApp account number and email in order to ensure that these codes are double sent, and it is necessary to receive activation codes from the customer.
We alert all users that all of this personal information is intended only for effective communication with the customer and cannot be used in any other direction and is not shared with anyone.

The comments

When a user adds a comment on one of our products or articles that he used, his email address and name may be saved on his browser so that he can suggest it next time, although this data is automatically deleted after a month.
Note: Regarding comments, the customer can add a comment without declaring the official mail address or name, as this remains optional.

Cookies

If you edit a comment on one of our products or articles, a cookie will be saved on your browser. It does not include any personal data and will be automatically deleted after a month, taking into account that the customer can avoid his official email statement.

Do customers have to create an account upon request?

Our customers are not required to create any account using their email or phone number in order to benefit from our IPTV offers.
We facilitate the payment process as much as possible so that the payment procedure is completed and we receive a notification of this. We send activation codes within a few minutes.
This sending process only requires a WhatsApp account and email address

What other parties do we receive data from?

The third party is the payment platform through which we receive customer transfers. In this case, it is the Pay*Bal platform and it is completely secured. The Pay*Bal platform is well known regarding the security of transfers.
The data we receive from the Pay*Bal platform is only the customer’s name and email
As for payment data, such as credit card numbers or the password for the customer’s account, no one can access it, as it is protected in the system.
